Nana Kwesi Eshun

Nana Kwesi Eshun, yesterday donated some food items to the KNUST Muslim community.  His gesture, which was not aimed towards this year's political agenda, was deemed laudable by the president of the Ghana Muslim Student Association. The donor further urged other individuals to give back to society without seeking anything in return.  The GMSA President commended his kind approach and entreated others to support people in need, not only in the Ramadan season but whenever necessary. “The main purpose for this kind gesture is to assist colleagues Muslims who will find it difficult to feed during this Ramadan.  This will at least help the beneficiaries to start their day with Suhoor or Sehri which is the pre-dawn meal before the Fajr and also after sundown. Also, I urge all students who have enough to give to support our brethren ( Muslim students ) who do not have during this Holy period. And to the student politicians, please give alms when necessary and not just for the sake of self
